Assembled CC-100-S
A. CC-100-CS Set of 7 steels
B. CC-100-CP Set of 5 friction plates
C. CC-100-PP Pressure plate

G. CC-100HR Housing retainer with 4-5/16-18 x 3/4 buttonhead screws

Remove 4 bolts on back plate, remove the 9 shoulder bolts and springs from pressure plate.
Remove clutch plates and steels and install hub assembly into clutch basket. Re-install housing
retainer using the 4 buttonhead screws. Install basket assembly onto transmission mainshaft. Install hub nut with seal and tighten to Harley specs. Re-install clutch plates and steels, install 2 steels first then alternate fibers and steels ending with a steel. Install pressure plate with springs and shoulder bolts, screw shoulder bolts all the way in and tighten slightly be sure to use thread locker.
We supply 9 springs and bolts, a stock application may only need 4 to 6 bolts and springs, use the
amount of springs and bolts for your application. Install adjustment screw and adjust clutch per
Harley specs and install jam nut.
