Cycle Electric Inc three phase charging systems produce incredible low
speed out put and an ultra smooth charge to ensure maximum battery life.
They deliver up to 38 amps with a stator the same size as a 22 amp stator.This
means we can put these systems on all big twins from 1970-up. These systems
use a larger 38 amp regulator housing. mounting brackets are included for
models listed in the applications charts. If your model is not listed you
may need a custom regulator mounting bracket.


CE-38T CE-48T
These kits are designed to replace the stock charging system on 1999-up
FLH-FLT touring models with twin cam motors. The CE-38T is a 38 amp system
that is normally used on carburetor models. The CE-48T is a 48 amp system
that is normally used on fuel injected models. They have comparable output
to the stock 38 and 48 amp systems but the stators are heavy duty and will
not burn up. The regulator gives a smoother charge to the battery for better
battery life.

rotor. They deliver better low speed output and a smoother charge to the

ALTERNATOR KITS
CE-22AP CE-32AP CE-32ALP
These kits use new style wire harnesses on the stator. This relocates the
plug away from the engine case for better reliability. The stator wire
has a grommet that seals at the case.Both stator and regulator wires are
routed under the motor where they plug together and get zip tied to the
frame. The CE-22AP is interchangeable with the CE-22A. The CE-32AP and
CE-32ALP are interchangeable with the CE-32A and CE-32AL
For the heavily accessorised bikes, these charging kits really put out.
They include an auxiliary 50 amp circuit breaker with complete wire harness
and all necessary mounting hardware.
The CE-38A delivers 16 amps at 1000 RPM and 38 amps at 2500 RPM. Recommended
for bikes that normally use up to 33 amps.
The CE-45A comes with a high output rotor. It delivers 30 amps at 1000
RPM, and 45 amps at 2500 RPM. Recommended for bikes that normally use up
to 40 amps.
The
CE-32A is for 1989-98 big twins with Evo style motors but will fit 1984-88 when
installed with the CE-8120 shim kit.They may fit 1970-83 with the CE-8120
shim kit if clearance is available between the rotor and inner primary
case.
The
CE-32AL is for use on Softails and custom models with horseshoe oil tanks. It is
the same as the CE-32A but the regulator is specially tuned for the hotter
running battery.
The
CE-32T is for twin cam models and will fit all twin cam motors.
Recommended for bikes that normally use up to24 amps. See applications
chart.
The CE-22A is a 22 amp kit that will fit any Shovel Head or Evo. Ideal
for the lightly accessorised bike that normally uses 15 amps or less.
