There's no doubt about it.......

If you look around Australia a lot of the best mechanics in the Harley-Davidson Industry have been trained by Rollie's Speed Shop.

Rollie's educational background along with his tough down to earth training methods have enabled him to produce some of the finest mechanics in the land. "The aftermarket V-twin Industry is a hard game" it teaches you to be a real mechanic. Theres no technical videos and no sitting in front of a lecturer to hand the knowledge to you on a silver platter.

In our game all your knowledge is hard earned. Genuine parts come boxed in kit form and all the hard work in fitting them has been done by the factory, just pull'em out and bolt'em on. Not so the aftermarket, there's very little that bolts straight on, you have to be able to think things through.

The first thing Rollie teaches his guys is to be humble, we are all Human, no matter how good we are we all make mistakes. A good mechanic never stops learning.

The next thing Rollie teaches them is loyalty, Its hard to get a motorcycle apprenticeship even harder to get a start where you can specialise in Harley-Davidsons and other American V-twins. Loyalty is a two way street, Rollie knows if you look after your team the ones worth keeping will look after you, hence why we have 2 of the finest Mechanics in the land.

In his 15 years with Rollie, Rob has done it all, Shovels, Evos, Twin cams etc. He's built hundreds of engines, done more Dyno work than you can poke a stick at. Tuned hundreds of EFI bikes and worked with just about every EFI tuning device on the planet.

Berto started his motorcycle career in Europe, he grew up hard in a communist country and as a result has a great work ethic. He has moved from strength to strength during his time at Rollies and is a great asset to the business.

So if its service work you need, whether it be tyres, Factory servicing, Custom work or a performance upgrade come and see the Team at Rollies Speed Shop.
